The 5D Health Protection Group Ltd has been awarded a technology directive innovation voucher to develop novel and new biofilm models. These models are being developed to study the architecture and development of biofilms. Once the models are fully validated these will be used to evaluate the efficacy of antimicrobials and antibiofilm agents.​
